Home Staging & Styling

Staging ensures your home makes the best first impression!
It also helps to sell a property quicker and typically for a higher price than homes that aren’t staged. It’s one of the best investments a seller can make when preparing their home for sale. The goal for staging a property is always to inspire a buyer to immediately envision living there. It shows buyers how furniture can be placed in a room, scale of furniture needed, and of course it provides great decorating ideas. From staging a vacant home to styling a lived-in home, never underestimate the power of staging!

Vacant Staging
This is when a seller moves all their belongings out and staging furniture is brought in. It helps create a cohesive design and color palette throughout the home. Staging a vacant home is a big job and it starts once the home has been vacated and cleaned. Although I have years of staging experience and I know what it takes to make a home look beautiful, I am no longer staging homes. However, I have an extensive staging network of colleagues and will select the best stager for your home and budget.
Interior Styling
Using a seller’s furnishings (instead of staging furniture) is another form of staging. After your home is cleaned, I’ll come into your home 1-2 days before the photoshoot and start editing, enhancing and moving things around. Interior Styling works best when homeowners are away for a long weekend (a week or two is better), so nothing is disturbed prior to the photoshoot and/or the first week of open houses and showings.

Staging & Styling Fees
Vacant Staging: generally starting at $3,500+ (I’ll get price quotes from 2-3 stagers)
Interior Styling: complimentary for my seller clients.
