Autumn has officially arrived! Cue the pumpkin spice lattes, cinnamon scented candles, cozy sweaters and Halloween decorations! I do love our Summer months in Seattle, but I’m enjoying the Fall crisp air and cooler temps. Bring on Sweater Weather!

If you’re brave enough to explore a few homes (haunted or otherwise), it’s actually a treat to buy right now. Sellers are even helping buyers by subsidizing their mortgage payments (no tricks here)! With an easy to remember zip code, and located northwest of downtown Seattle, Magnolia is a tranquil, urban neighborhood that features some of the most stunning real estate in the city. Showcasing incredible views of the water on all sides, plentiful parks, and top-notch amenities, this neighborhood is one of Seattle’s most coveted places to live. Drive over the beautiful Magnolia Bridge, glance at the cruise ships docking or leaving port. Then cruise the infamous Magnolia Boulevard at sunset. Want to learn more about this amazing neighborhood? I’m a long-time resident and your 98199 home expert.

Hint: to cut down on chopping time, buy a container or Mirepoix. I get mine at Trader Joe’s or Metropolitan Market. Pick up a pint of Gelato and you’re all set!
